Treatments

It is requested that you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance. Due to COVID-19 any clients who test positive or have been in contact with an individual with COVID-19 in the past 14 days will need to reschedule their appointment. We will not be charging our cancellation fee if you are canceling due to COVID-19 or COVID-19 related symptoms.

A full refund will be issued (if requested), if treatment is cancelled within the appropriate time.  Unless there is an emergency, it is requested that you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance. If a 24-hour notice is not given Kat's Got Your Back reserves the right to issue a £20.00 late cancellation fee. If a cancellation is made on the day of your scheduled appointment or you do not show, the full-service fee will be applied. Please call to cancel or reschedule any appointments. Gift vouchers may be used for a cancellation fee for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, Gift vouchers may also be forfeited for no shows.  

If you arrive late for a treatment, this could mean that your treatment time may be shortened due to other clients who have booked in, you will still be required to pay the full service fee.
